We Champion Diversity & Inclusion at Cherry Bekaert

Our commitment to allyship is demonstrated by supporting our diverse population at Cherry Bekaert and providing a space for people to learn and be curious in an inclusive environment. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a vital part of this effort, providing a platform for our employees to connect, share experiences, and support each other in personal and professional growth. Our ERGs are open to all to support learning about different lived experiences.

ADAPT (Abled & Disabled, Allies Partnering Together)

ADAPT supports all people who have a disability or a loved one with a disability. Members come together to discuss inclusion and belonging and ideas to support others. All are welcome to join ADAPT.

Mosaic

Mosaic supports all people of color from various racial and ethnic backgrounds. Members come together to share individual life experiences and challenges and provide everyone an opportunity to learn about different cultures. All are welcome to join Mosaic.

Pride Alliance

Pride Alliance supports all people who identify as LGBTQ+ and allies. Through our support and learning, Pride Alliance aims to create a culture of respect and belonging for all. All are welcome to join Pride Alliance.

Working Parents & Caregivers

Our parents and caregivers group supports all people who are parenting or caring for parents or other loved ones. Members engage to share best practices, resources and challenges and champion a culture of support. All are welcome to join Working Parents & Caregivers.
