The Interview Process
Our interview process begins with our on-campus interviews. Your university's Placement Office can assist you with scheduling an on-campus interview. This interview will be approximately 30 minutes in length.

The office visit is the second step in the process. If selected, you are invited to visit the office and have the opportunity to meet with a variety of our professional staff members. This visit lasts approximately 4 hours and includes behavioral interviewing questions, a tour of the office, detailed information about our firm and lunch or dinner, depending on the time of interview. It is our commitment that a decision will be made within 2 weeks of the office visit whether or not we will extend an offer.
